in flash ip locator and earth globe

Hi all
we search for ready software or a programmer who can show following on our site
when visitor open our home page he will see small earth globe rotatinf once and stops after seconds then this globe will show visitor's location on the globe as small red illuminating dot and visitor country name next to it (not using google maps if possible globe prefered in flash)
