both of the following 2 blocks should be in Texarkana, Arkansas

96.45.224.0/20

Thank you for letting us know about 174.137.0.0/20 and 96.45.224.0/20. I have now updated our database to show both address blocks as primarily servicing Texarkana (Arkansas, United States). The update will be visible from our web site from late next Monday night.
