Unforunetly, we currently do not offer the City Distance Tool as a web service, but it is a good idea, and I will look in to it further and see if it is something that we could provide. (I know that we already do have some HTTP accessible APIs, but I am not sure if they are publically accessible - I will look in to it next week, when I am back in the office - I am currently in San Diego.)

If you implement it yourself - server side as described in the post that I referred to above, then it is only a one time $10 license fee, and you can update the data from our site as often as you like. Please let me know if you need help implementing it, and I will post the details of a RAC (rent-a-coder) that we use for this kind of work.
